The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution.
It's probably time for the right wing in the country to stop caring about the Constitution and start playing to win like the left always has.
The left has marched from victory to victory in the last several decades because they refuse to even pretend to care what the Constitution says.

If I am not mistaken, that before constitution amendment that allows for the federal income tax came into being, the states collected money that was then used to fund the federal government. Of course that was before the federal government became so overpowering.

Imagine if fed income taxes were not automatically taken out of you paycheck... that was the move that killed us. How many people would be ok with having to write uncle Sam a check for a third of they're income every month/quarter/year. They would not have been able to get away with 99% of what they're doing.

No way in hell people would be so nonchalant about failing a single budget audit, let alone our current situation.

    Where's the bacon?
Biden wants to ban "semi-auto" firearm sales..... Yet,

The American Constitution is a sacrosanct document that for over 200 years has guaranteed that freedom and the rule of law prevail in our great country. The Constitution brings the American people together – regardless of party – and elected leaders swear to uphold it.
It’s the ultimate monument to all of the Americans who have given their lives to defeat self-serving despots that abused their power and trampled on fundamental rights. Attacking the Constitution and all it stands for is anathema to the soul of our nation, and should be universally condemned. You cannot only love America when you win.

    So which is it, Joe?
