Looking for a gunsmith that can repair/replace bolt. We're told the locking lugs have worn preventing the bolt from seating properly affecting the accuracy. I would like to hear from anyone experienced with the Krico.

The only KRICO’s I have seen were sporterized Mauser rifles. A few of them were very fancy. One guy had several in his collection so I take it he either had them imported in mass or collected them.

    how bad is the accuracy?
    how does the rifling look?
Have we tried more than one type of hornet ammo?

Knowing the 22 hornet I would not think the locking lugs would wear out easy. Maybe they were not well hardened. Not a lot of space in the little brittle case to create much pressure. Older rifles can have issues. I don’t think you can order the locking lug from anywhere so you are going to need a good fabricator.
