Steel targets need to be hung at a downward angle, or so they will swing.Cool set up. Do you have any ricochet concerns when shooting steel targets at pistol range? I'd like to replace my paper targets with steel but I keep reading about dangerous or deadly ricochet potential.
If you don't already have a souce of cheap clothing, Goodwill has plenty to keep you supplied.Thought I show a couple of targets I made over the summer.

@Mgderf speaks the truth.Steel targets need to be hung at a downward angle, or so they will swing.
Think about it.
You don't want to shoot at a hard surface at a 90° angle, but if it's angled down, that's where the bullet will go.
You still need to maintain a distance from steel targets.
