I think the suit they’re referring to is one brought by a group that wants the information released. All of it. Ironic that a suit like that would cause authorities to hold it longer.
    Far from ironic.

They want to make it financially painful on whoever is bringing the suit if they are forced to release the info if they lose.
If they win, they guarantee the info they want to suppress will never see the light of day.

    Makes perfect sense.

Will they, won't they, eventually, possibly?
I cannot imagine what some rando loser could say that would meet this standard. I hope they release it, and then somebody calls her to task to identify exactly what is so "astronomically dangerous".

I mean I could see a staff member's manifesto, or something asked to be released by the likes of Assange. But this clown?

Metro Nashville Council Member Courtney Johnston cautioned against releasing it to the world, noting that while some parts should be made available, the document in its entirety "in the wrong person's hands would be astronomically dangerous."

... what is so "astronomically dangerous".
Well let's see what it could be.

    1. Place was a GFZ
    2. Place had no security
    3. Place had nothing but a locked door to keep bad guys out

All of this is well known. Especially with the camera footage.

I can not fathom what would be in the manifesto that would be a call to arms for anyone. Even if it had dirty secrets about the school faculty. Unless it had a list of all the members of a crazy cult that planned to shoot up schools, but by now they should all be vetted.

Maybe it is just to keep the attention off other things?

They can say what they want.

    Doesn't make it true.

A few decades ago, I was told by an officer that the LTCH ONLY allowed you to carry at your house, and NOT in public.
    That didn't make it true.
In this case, though, they probably are right.
