Might be hard for the US companies to defend against the suit if the prior Obama operation to illegally run guns into Mexico Is brought up. Hopefully a judge will say the suit is invalid because Mexico has no standing. However, there‘s obviously no certainty in the court system.

the US government just sold mexico a s***load of rifles last week. now they're sueing the manufacturers...

kinda of like slick willy & sloppy hill with the arms deal to afghanistan & iran. then they send in our military to stop the taliban.
