This is good news. But what good is this if the Dems have already shown they don't care about court rulings, and have already said they're going to enforce it even if the USCC blocks the mandate? Hopeful, but skeptical. Thanks, Ogovernment
It's not much good since companies are just running with it anyway.

Does the OSHA mandate disappearing suggest that companies who force employees to get the shot or go are now more exposed to civil lawsuits (for firing employees, adverse reactions, lack of religious accommodations, etc.) since they can no longer point to the government as the driving force?

Another point in the “mandates are pointless” category:

    Denmark COVID

Different sites have slightly different vaccination rates listed for Denmark. The most commonly-reported I found was 84% with both shots, and 87% with at least one. Fourth highest vaccination rate in the world. They’re returning to lockdown because of “record cases.” Is it that last 13% to blame? Or is it simply vaccinating everyone isn’t going to solve this. Harvard already said it!

If you want it, get it. Maybe it’ll save you from the ICU or morgue. But forcing it on people in the name of “the greater good” is proven false.

This is a far more egregious example. Ireland has a very high vaccination rate, and areas within Ireland that have an astoundingly high 99.7% vaccination rate also have the highest rate of new cases

Yeah, remember when we were supposed to believe Trump was the one who was going to usher in an authoritarian gov't?

    How did that work out?

Why, it almost seems like the vaccine is doing the opposite of what it’s supposed to do.
