The problem is most companies will just knuckle under rather than worry about it. I doubt lawsuits will benefit too many people because bigger companies don’t care enough to mess with it.
How can they knuckle under, if they are no longer able to make their product?

Many large corporations are having personnel problems.

I think you overestimate how many people will truly resist this. People will gripe, but comply. Some companies might get stuck, but the majority will be fine.

I'm basing it on actions I've already seen.
We've already had a large amount quit here. Many retire.
And many of those being fired, were called up and "forgiven"

That works better in a manual labor environment.
Does it? How many non-manual labor people who were hesitant to get the jab will do so now that their job\livelihood is threatened. I'm sure if we've gone this far, there's nothing to dissuade them from becoming more persuasive.

It's easier to make a man move his shovel, than it is to make his grey matter work.

We need to have 100 million people quit and see what happends then. We already can't get people to work. Such a shame this country is in serious trouble! I should say get fired and not quit that way 100 mil collect unemployment.
