I work in the power industry. Everyone’s nervous and the whole head shed is terrified to spend money for fear of literally being fined to death over emissions any day.

that said I predict sky high energy prices across the board. Those smart with a little cash sitting might be smart to buy some leaps in energy stocks (long dated call options). Might not get rich but you may make enough to offset 5 dollar a gallon gas and California electric rates becoming the norm nationwide.
