    What is up with the statement "28 states allow you to open carry without government permission after you pass a background check."
    I don't know where to start....first they are allowing us to carry? Second, "without government permission" IMO contradicts "after you pass a background check".

    The author addressed this in the data points/corrections toward the end of the printed article.

    Yes, it does. :) Then again, if you have to apply for permission, you do not have a right.

    And when that map was shown, Indiana lit up. As we all know, you can't carry a handgun in public in Indiana without a LTCH.
    Indiana was incorrectly entered on that map. :rolleyes:

    Inaccuracies notwithstanding, at least the video didn't seem like a hatchet job on the RKBA.
