Yes, it does. Then again, if you have to apply for permission, you do not have a right.I don't know where to start....first they are allowing us to carry? Second, "without government permission" IMO contradicts "after you pass a background check".
Indiana was incorrectly entered on that map.And when that map was shown, Indiana lit up. As we all know, you can't carry a handgun in public in Indiana without a LTCH.
