Try Highsmith's in Greenfield they do a lot of general gunsmithing, i've seen them working on levers.

Have you checked to see if all the screws are tight on the action?

It is common for the 1894 to have a screw loosen up (I think the leaver screw) and it will jam the entire works up.

You might check the screws out before you take it someplace.
