i have a list of outdoor ranges but i can't figure how to do more than one question. any tips?

we pretty much have a menu. once we nail a date, we can workout the food details (who's bringing what). i'd rather not try to do any cooking onsite. i'd like this to be more about fellowship & shooting.

Knowing the general location is significant. A 1 -2-hour drive is probably no big deal, but a north south drive would take over 4 hours. For some of the older folks a total of 8+ hours is a long drive. Not everyone has the money for a hotel room.
