I just don’t get how Biden will conduct much less survive the rigors of a presidential election campaign. He’s already being “propped” up by his handlers. What will happen when he has to stand for a while on his own two feet at a campaign stop? This is going to get very interesting.

How much rigors does he have to worry about? Consider the last time he 'ran'.
About the only rigor he has to look forward to is rigor mortis.
Biden's condition, mental or physical is irrelevant. We are in the era of figurehead leadership, that you vote for, but they really do not make decisions. Unelected, unaccountable, dc centric people run the country. Even the "lunch pail joe" image is fabricated, his carreer in leadership has always been about service to big insurance, finance, and credit card companies.
Well, he hasn't claimed to be a black lesbian Marine, to the best of my knowledge.

Having a figurehead who is laughingly incoherent can work when elites pull the strings.
What kind of signal does it send to the rest of the world when you have an obvious figurehead that is obviously cognitively compromised who is being manipulated behind the scenes?

Yeah, that headline really projects American strength when you have an obvious unhealthy POTUS out front that is supposed to represent America.
It's not surprising though really. Democrats think it's ok to elect un-healthy senatorial candidates too such as John Fetterman.
