    We love watching those videos for the entertainment value. They think nothing of punting a car into the woods at 115mph. There was one video where the trooper was chasing a guy at 140mph because his temp tag was unreadable. His supervisor asked speeds and reason for stop and then later told him to “put him in the ditch.”

    Don’t mess around in Arkansas.

    I always try to harp on the fact that per capita matters and violence is not evenly distributed.

    There are stretches of street in Indy with death rates up there with active war zones.
