Yes, I have had one in my hands at NRA 2019. It's just a STI 2011 that Taran Tactical mills up to look cool , adds the cool cooper colored coating to the barrel and slaps their name on the side. That and charges an extra $3000 for it. If memory serves MSRP was an even 6 grand.

I "settled" and got a Staccato P DUO and have been way more than happy with it.

That's basically my understanding, limited edition to my knowledge especially considering STI no longer technically exists.

From the pictures it appears it is not built on an STI frame like the original.

if I had to guess Taran Tactical is using the XL as the base guns given they both have 5.4 inch barrels and the option for an island barel with comp.
