    Like him.

    He comes across as kinda curmudgeonly but he's very sharp. I didn't always agree with him, particularly on death penalty issues, but I found him to be principled in his dissents.

    Definitely a youth movement going on, though. (Relatively speaking.)

    ETA:
    Of note to INGO, he was the dissent in Barnes that supported a citizen's right to defend against unlawful police entry into one's home.

    I've always thought Justice Rucker was a fine man and principled. Sure, i don't always agree with his opinions, but that's the way of life.
