I attended a FNRA Banquet this evening.
I have been an event sponsor for more than 20 years.
Tonight I had 2 tables of guests totalling 17 seats.
One of my brothers won a raffle for a Kel-Tec KSG in .410.
    I didn't even know they made a .410 version.
Next up my other brother won a Walther 9mm of some sort. I'm not sure of the model.
One of my guests was my next door neighbor.
Her first time attending one of these banquets and she walked out with a camo'd Mossberg 20ga combo. 2 barrels, bird and slug.

Another guest was the realtor who sold me my house.
She walked away with a Mossberg 12ga shotgun.
    Now it was my turn.

I brought home 2 of the last 5 drawings of the night.
I got a Ruger Ameeican in .204 Ruger.
This is a beautiful rifle, and I'm already into the .204 round, so this works out well.
My second prize for the night was a Diamondback DB10 in 6.5 Creedmor!

I'm also already set up for 6.5 Creedmoor too.

Call me a happy camper tonight!20240910_222248.jpg20240910_222350.jpg

Congratulations!…quite a haul you and your guests won!…hopefully this gets them hooked and now they’re repeat customers.

I know a guy who won 5 guns at our banquet his 1st year attending, and he only spent 500 and that included his 100 dollars entry ticket!!! And another at his table won 3 including 2 mossburg 12 gauge wrist breakers…it was his first time too!

My first FNRA Banquet was more than 2 decades ago.
I spent $100 above and beyond my dinner ticket by purchasing a pack of "bucket tickets".
I walked away that night with a brand new Mossberg 12ga combo and a used, but superb condition, Norinco SKS.

I have not missed a banquet since.

Not luck but generous support. Amazing how folks who commit to sponsorships and paying for whole tables win prizes:cool:

This year for the Evv banquet I did a national sponsorship, which came with a pistol, and bought a table. Won a second gun off the bucket raffle with all the table raffle tickets I had.
