    It's sounds like the rain reason for striking is to get automation halted by contract

    I support their right to strike, i don't support government intervention. The jobs will be automated whether they like it or not. Just a matter of time.

    I wonder what their side of the story is, to demand such a raise. If they even have ‘reasoning’?

    That loud mouth union boss gave the impression that the companies using the shipping ports are making so much money that they must share their profit by paying the longshoremen 70% more.

    Of course it’s the economy for most hardworking people with a job; however, for the Democrap sheeples on welfare who don’t want to work because they enjoy their Democrap handout too much they could care less about the economy!
