I've got an Enfield 303 British that was factory sporterized back in the 1960/1970's. Its a BSA No4 that appears to have had the side scope mounts and rear ear sight lugs ground off. I'm looking at having a scope mount placed on it due to the iron sights being gone. I have an EGW 20MOA scope base that I placed onto the receiver and it lines up surprisingly well. I'm looking for a gunsmith that would be able to drill and tap two receiver holes that could mount the rail. It appears to line up and be level enough for a scope to mount. If it's even possible...
