What the heck kind of sense does that make?
Agreed. One of he things I like to track is the solver/gold ratio using Eagles, Britannias, and Maple Leafs. Here is today
    6/9/2023Maple LeafBritanniaEagleSpot Ag/Au
    Silver$ 28.61$ 29.01$ 37.46$ 24.36
    Gold$2,065.70$ 2,053.70$ 2,092.70$ 1,962.70
    Ratio72:171:156:181:1
The Eagle ratio is obviously out of spec due to the Mint's problems. I believe the ratio of retail prices of like coins is a better reflection of value.

    In the country, hopefully.
Silver Eagles going for 55% over spot.

Gold Eagles going for 5.2% over spot.

What the heck kind of sense does that make?
    Demand?
Demand from the point of view that anyone can buy an ounce of silver and they feel like they have an ounce of precious metal, and a 3.5% swing is a buck.
Buy an ounce of gold, it costs you $2100 up front and a 3.5% swing is $74.

I really like Philharmonics, it amazes me they are often cheaper than generic rounds. I ordered a couple of the St. Helena Queen's Virtues Truth 5oz rounds a bit ago and received them today. https://www.providentmetals.com/2022-st-helena-queens-virtues-truth-5-oz-silver-coin.html

At the time of ordering they were on sale and cheaper than all but the cheapest 1oz generic round. They were on sale for $135.75 or $27.15/oz. the day after I ordered them the price jumped $20 or so to +/-$158. They are really stunning and came in individual acrylic capsules.

Spot seems to be coming down tonight. I thought it would go up with fed pausing the interest rate hike today. Suppose news that further hikes are likely this year offset it. Buying opportunity :)

All time new low or just a low over the next few months?
Just awareness that spot prices are dropping today. Silver down 1$ and gold down about $30. Something to keep an eye on as it could be a buying opportunity paired with some of the sales. reduced premiums plus lower spot= chance to get some good deals.

Well, an all time low probably would be lower than a low over the next few months.
Remember, the question was "How low will they go?"

"All time new low or just a low over the next few months?"

Well, the all-time low is under $4 an ounce so - No - this is not an all time new low.

And just a low over the next few months is heavily dependent on **** that ain't happened yet.
