I bought 12 Australian Kangaroos today. Got the first 6 on the first dip (spot about $27.34), but it kept going down so I bought 6 more when spot dipped below $27.

Gonna hit the local coin shop in a few days to see about trading silver for gold. it will be interesting to see how good of a deal can be had trading say Maple Leafs versus bars & rounds. The retail price ratio on Provident is roughly 56 Maple Leafs to 1 Krugerrand.

LOL, man there's only one person that can pull off that kind of miracle and I can't walk on water. Maybe I should though just to spread my jinx on it. I'm sure as soon as I buy the lumber siding I need for my shed that the price will drop.

I'd think 60:1 is smart money but even dipping below just 65:1 tempts me

Yup. Just bought 6 maples two days ago. Would have a couple bucks cheaper per coin.

that’s ok. I’m ready to pull the trigger on some more.

what I really like are the silver dollars. Morgan’s and peace. I only got one each of those. Hard to pay $30-$35 for one when it’s only .75 oz. of silver. Trying to build a stack first

Out of curiosity, I took a look today.

Spot silver is around $26.10.

American Silver Eagle is running around $37.60..... when you can find it in stock.

So the premium is over $10 per oz on an Eagle?

Holy crap.... it used to be around $2-$3 max.

Libertads have always had a high premium. I think their mintages are low. If you want to see crazy, look at the 2021 type 1 Eagles - $43.00 at Provident!
