Probably a server maintenance thing.

Try it now. Seems to work fine now.

Never mind. 5-10 seconds between hitting reply and it posting.

Yeah, most everything except posting seems okay.

It's not exactly consistent, but very noticeable when it happens. Its as if the "Post Reply" button doesn't work and then 15-20 seconds later it'll finally post.

Biggest issue I’m having is if I watch a thread, the pop-up giving you notification options doesn’t go away when you click watch. You have to reload the page for it to show the thread as watched (indicated by a “unwatch” button).

Edit: this post had a definite 15-20sec lag to post.

Yep, it's intermittent, but more slow than not. Sometimes there's a 10 second (or more) lag between hitting the post button and having it actually post.

I’ll bet the site logs would be an interesting read.

A hacker was pinging the site/server so hard the other day it took the sites down a few seconds, and to block the IP and change something because of it.

Most times after a slow load I’ll get text but the graphics .jpegs, images won’t load at all, whole pages with no avatar pics. On occasion pages load with text all on left and right sides, middle of page is blank.
