This show will be at the exposition hall, that is located along 38th St., on the west side of the fairgrounds.

This is the smaller pavilion, but it has the advantage of having conditioned air.

While there you can check out the progress on the construction of the new swine barn. I look for the day in future when I’ll be posting, “this 1500 will be in the (sponsor’s name here) swine barn.

The 1500 is of course, the full gun show experience. Who will be there? Spam can Mom? Flock of Seagulls? 1911 lanyard carry dude? The Man from Glad? Harley Quinn (DEFINITELY NOT Margot Robbie)?? Kill a commie for Mommie t-shirt guy with Kalashnikov t-shirt guy? Goths? The cast of The Hills Have Eyes? Extras from The Walking Dead? The guy who blamed me for the primer shortage?

Oh man, I hate to hear that. And not just for your sign being a landmark.

I just realized I left out this part: I'll be working at the NRA/NRA-ILA/ISRPA booth Friday, possibly Saturday or Sunday. Stop by and holler, I'll bump the thread. It's always good meeting INGOers in the wild.

I don't get down 38th Street very often (1500s, Deer Turkey, and Waterfowl Expo, State Fair, that's about it) but being torn up for construction is the norm.

38th st is open, but there is lane restrictions and traffic along it is a dog. Fall creek entrance is a better option if you ask me.

So are you going to be there ejecting live rounds out of unloaded firearms?? I’d use the laughing emoji but it’s really not funny.

At gun shows I’m not at a booth: S&W Model 19, butt first, cylinder swung out, and yes unloaded

There are always a few every day of the show. If it were up to me, I'd have a big red sign at the table stating all loaded firearms handed to officers are assumed being turned in for the officer's personal collections. Or just let me trespass them from the shows. Not like we have 8 signs inside and out stating no loaded guns in the building.
