The U.S. Capitol was put on lockdown on Monday morning due to an "external security threat" as the West Front of the Capitol, where the inauguration is slated to happen Wednesday, was evacuated.
Looks like the rehearsal was evacuated due to an external threat...which turned out to be a fire from a homeless camp.

Is the FBI and/or Secret Service going to try to prohibit the National Guard personnel in DC and in the capitals of the several states from carrying live ammunition?
If they do, of what use is the Guard?
Security theatre.
I would be shocked if they did have ammunition lol. They are just there for security theater, much like in the airports after 9/11.

If not not even .00001% of his “voters” are supportive enough to watch a presidential announcement I have serious doubts about the vote numbers.
