Dang, there's a lot of metal heads on here! :): My idea of "heavy metal" was Black Sabbath. Maybe Led Zeppelin, although I don't think they were really "heavy metal". All the other stuff just tended to put me in a bad mood. I like to relax to music I guess.

    Observation:

This thread is a display of how absolute **** y'all's music tastes are.

    Good gods folks. Embarrassing.
Nobody has bad taste in music, they just like different stuff than you do. This is why headphones/ear buds are a boon to society.

Also, you can love the cover art even if you don't like the music. :twocents:

Despite your **** tastes in music.
I've had a few drinks tonight, I'm glad you guys seem to have enjoyed my ridiculous list of top music.

I tried to think of the absolute worst bands that haven't been displayed yet.

But again to triple down the bands listed in this thread at just sad.

A small actual list of bands I listen to often.

    Garth Brooks,
    Sinatra,
    The dubliners,
The eagles (but don't get me started on hotel California)
    The Beatles,
    The Fleetwood's,
    Fleetwood mac

Again had a few drinks those are just off the top of my head.

Ive been a Maiden fan since their first album hit the states. Supported them when the hip kids said they werent cool ( pre and post Blaze era) and now theyre cool again. Yeah whatever.
So far the new album sucks, what songs Ive heard.
Dont think Ill be going to the next concert

Seen em 7 times. Front row once. Like to be about 15 or so back. But a pit would be cool if not for all the friggin phones people hold up.

    Pit prices are beyond insane.

Front row for 35 bucks in '99. Bruce back, Ed Hunter. Aragon Ballroom. Pretty freakin sweet ( hotter than hell ).

Big good show like old stuff, BNW. But was kinda far back. Marcus amp.

Hollywood in Lindley Park....never see any show there again.

Legacy of the Beast at Deer Creek ( yeah ima gonna keep calling it that ) was a fun one. Kid is in Maiden Fanclub so we got good tix reasonable.

If Im not spinning Maiden then its Type O Negative, Mortiis, The Birthday Massacre or Theater of Tragedy ( Liv era ).

Stuck in a rut maybe, dont care.
Hate corprorate and or top 40, always have. i bet if I went into a bar in Indiana, some Golden Earing, Molly Hatchet and Steve Miller still playing.

Only thing worse than that is Bruce Springsteen.

Indiana is where music goes to die.

I had all sorts of music, but dumped about 3/4 of my collection a few yrs back.

Still like Gary Numans "Exile" and Kate Bush " Kick Inside".....but liked those when they too first came out.

Last weekend it was Gwar and Slayer blasting at my house. The women folk left and my two cats went nuts LOL
