    You can't go wrong with a S&W 686 or a Ruger GP100. And both should be well within your budget. And do not be afraid to buy a S&W 66 or Ruger Security Six. Both are older models, but will last another 100 years. Both are very solid revolvers. :rockwoot:
    Agreed! Something just feels right about a good Security Six, or Speed Six.
