My Sunday was much like the OP’s. Pulled the Dixie out to start mowing and pulled the switch to start the Blades and nothing. Spent two hours tearing it apart tracing down wiring and checking relays only to finally determine there are no relays for the clutch. All the amps run through the switch.

After 2.5 hours (a little longer than it would have taken to mow) I finally determine the switch is bad. I swear they don’t make this stuff to last. I replaced the 700hr kohler courage this spring and that switch is only 14 years old. The lack of available wiring harness diagrams was frustrating
