As I read the bill, it would only affect the serialized "receiver" that requires transfer by an FFL and ATF 4473 as defined by the ATF. In other words, you wouldn't be able to buy a stripped or partially assembled "lower" receiver with a serial number. It doesn't ban parts. The bill's operative text isn't that long. The lists of banned rifles and pistols, and and exempted ones are quite long. Note that it bans all rifles and shotguns with folding stocks, and all rifles, shotguns and pistols with barrel shrouds. Also bans all "pistols" with separate magazine well (i.e. magazine not in pistol grip).

This is the part I read from the bill that triggered my previous question about parts.

You mean like a lower parts kit.

    that’s a nightmare order.
Don't understand "nightmare". I've done two pistol lowers from parts . . . not one complete kit . . . but a stripped lower, and a basic partial parts kit without trigger control group, trigger guard, buffer tube, buffer, or pistol brace. Bought trigger group, buffer kit and fin type brace separately. Didn't need trigger guard. Had to get a few specialized hand tools, but none cost very much. Wasn't difficult at all. Everything fit together properly as it was supposed to. Doing thorough homework before buying parts the first time around is strongly recommended. "Measure twice . . . or thrice . . . cut once."

I can't imagine the ban, as worded, being interpreted as including spare and repair parts . . . but there are those who will claim it does.

I mean I can see them saying absolutely no "kits". So the lower parts kit that is a collection of springs, detents, pins, etc. could be banned as well as a complete rifle kit.

So instead of just buying a lower and a LPK you'd need a lower and the following, selected individually and in proper quantity: (yes Im too lazy to type out the complete list :): )

    iu

And with this as a guide, I'm sure I could buy what I needed, but it would be tedious. And I could see some poor noob sap buying two takedown pins instead of a takedown and pivot pin, or a two selector detents thinking one would do multiple tasks.

Logic has no place here. Just ask the diversity and inclusion crowd which has demonstrated their intolerance of all that dare to disagree with them on any level.
They want everything so diverse and multicultural its unreal.

The forced diversity thing is just incredibly funny to me. Not only because of how anti-white everything is but because of their lack of basic knowledge of finger painting perhaps.

Go get your kids paints or open up paint on your computer.

Draw a bunch of racist circles that are representative of different homogeneous societies on Earth. You'll notice only the white circles are racist but all the others have their own non-racist color.

Now the next step to see the beautiful diverse society they want is to just mix everything.

Mix every single color over and over. Do it to every single circle with every single color.

Then look at how diverse it is. Every single circle will be the same color and look exactly the same.

No more diversity! Because it's completely diverse now.

Yep. Its not about quality, its about diversity. So dissolve the highest performing team of straight white men and replace 2/3 with various minorities. Nevermind they may not be as good as the first team. And nevermind that performance and quality drops after that forced diversity.

Everybody needs a seat at the table whether they deserve it or not.

Am I saying there are no minorities that are good at what they do? Absolutely not. But they sure cant seem to find them when they are replacing the best of the best SWMs. And in some cases doing so forcibly, not through attrition.

There's been a war on white people for a long time in this country. White males made to look stupid, useless, inferior in nearly every commercial and movie etc. White women led to believe they shouldn't date us because we are either inferior or it's "better" to be with a different race for various random reasons. Brandon even brought up the commercial issue - when's the last time you saw a toilet paper commercial with a straight white family in it?

And it's virtually ALWAYS a white woman + non-white male in the family.

I don't recall the last time I saw a commercial with a white male + black female family.

White men get, and deserve, nobody. Just end the genetic lineage now. You deserve it for being racist.

How were you racist? Because of your skin and genetics.
