Hard times, place he worked closed and he wanted to spend all his time looking for new work. Last I talked to him he is employed at a good position and doing well just hadn't got back into internet communications.
I don't think he would complain about my putting out this information because if you do some searching it was already discussed here a year or so ago. Jim.

Thanks. I remember it being discussed but couldn’t recall reasoning. Always enjoyed his posts. We had some enjoyable banter back and forth a few times. I never met him but did meet his brother at a training class he put on at our gun club.
