Hi,
I'd like to suggest a home security topic. This would be dedicated to measures / discussions on how to secure your home more effectively.

This could cover topics like security cameras, home alarms, better ways to secure a door / window, etc. It would be for topics other than defending your home with a firearm.

I think the different topics would deserve different posts. For example, talking about security cameras would be its own topic. That could be further broken down into hardwired versus Wireless. Then placement would be a completely different topic. talking about securing doors would be a separate topic. Exterior lighting options, a separate topic. I think if you try to cover too many topics on the one post it makes it difficult to stay on track to get anything productive. Maybe the admins will give it a shot, maybe they won't. I figured I would put the idea out there.

Punji pits? They are a standard home defense feature. Doesn't everyone have them at their windows? Also would be suitable for a "Home Security" forum topic.
