What’s CAVVANAUGH, or where is CAVVANAUGH?
Across the street from Keislers Police Supply 47129/30(formerly gun store).
Just spent another $500 on a glock 380.
    Great place to shop.
My fanny pack is awesome. Dropped the fobus holster I carried for 15 years.
    Best find ever.
With the fanny pack I can carry my normal gun...cz-82.
13 rounds, amidextrous, dual safety, 9mil makarov.
    Bulls-eyes at 50feet.
    I feel safer now.

    Off the Grid In Tennessee
I am an indiana resident. previously i had a lifetime license before constitutional carry, still have it in my wallet.
I am going on an 8hr drive down to sherwood, arkansas.
I will pass thru ky, tn, and ar.
In tn i will pass thru nashville and memphis to ar.
worried about maybe some city exclusive tricks in these areas.

i will be using federal higways mostly, unless i get lost.

i will be carrying 3 different loaded handguns.
one on the hip, two under the seat.
might carry body armor also. don't know. its a bit bulky.

after reviewing gun laws and constitutional carry and reciprocity in all of these states i am still concerned about some rules.
I would like help muddling through the laws.

in TN they require guns in a car to be locked and out of sight.
What about the one on my hip or the two under the seat?
Is that if I get out or if I am still int eh car also?

KY laws seem to be a **** show.
Most states seem to have approved constitutional carry while still holding onto gun licenses and requirements for gun licenses on their govt website.
    This is very confusing.
The number of place I cant go with constitional carry is unbelievalbe but I will only be going to a hotel and an event at an arcade.
I don't think that qualified as a sporting event.
    Its called Kong Klash 12

Didn't see anything about what to do if asked if you have guns in your car in each state.
I would like a trouble free trip.

Why isn't this simpler and unified, but I don't need to ask why do I.
Help me get there without being hoodwinked by tricky gun laws and trick questions during a stop.

Sincerely,y man with no police record but I still have to worry about all this ****.
    Grandpa with a gun.
    I am 57.

Police routinely ask drivers to 'step out of your car plz', not that I will dispute this, at some point I'd like to know if I actually had the right to stay in the vehicle or not.
    But thats another discussion.
Well at least in TN there are no preemption laws.
So that should be a non issue.

Not wanting to stir up the old Open versus CC but larger metropolitan areas are better suited for CC.

I would exercise your due diligence in Nashville refrain from refueling there if at all possible, and most certainly avoid refueling at Night. Areas that would require increased situational awareness, West Nashville, and most certainly Jackson and Memphis. I believe Memphis to be an area where you want to be in the orange.

    Good luck and safe travels

Sounds like property owners rights are front and center. Unless I misunderstood the question?

It sounds like if you go into someones home(house/apt/etc) you have to let them know and make sure it's okay with them.

I would wonder if some of those states have a magazine capacity limits that could cause problems.
