Gunskins wrapped Ruger .300 Win Mag Realtree Edge Camo

I bought a Ruger American .300 Win Mag from a neighbor. I did not like the look of the black plastic stock and dull stainless barrel.

I was doing some research on doing a rattle can camo job when I found Gunskins.com. I bought the Realtree Edge kit since it seemed to be the camo best suited for Southern Indiana.

It took about 3-4 hours with a heatgun and Exacto knife. Got a couple very small wrinkles in it, but I was extremely happy with the results for not ever having done it before.

The crazy looking brake is a JP Recoil Eliminator. Works really well.

I'd say it cuts the recoil and muzzle jump by at least half, but the tradeoff is It's very loud. It directs the gases slightly rearward and upward.

That is what I have hear it makes it very loud for shooter
