It will go below .32/round if folks stop buying it.
How in the hell do they justify increased manfacturing costs of 50 year old, surplus ammo?
Gouging is gouging whether an individual, retailer or manufacturer.
lets face it the price has dropped and their inventory has been the same count for at least a week or two.
I agree that holding off is the best way to fight the price gouging that we've seen.
I just assembled my first 7.62x39 AR and want to spend some range time with it so...
Its danged if I do and danged if I don't.
I picked up a little from a member here on classifieds and bought a few boxs of 20 rounds at my local RK

Night before last, picked up 200 rnd range pack of Winchester WB 115 gr 9mm for $49.97 at the local RK.

That's 25 cpr before tax... never thought I'd see that again.
No more stimulus checks and many states cracking down on stay at home and make $690 a week on unemployment may be having an effect on ammo availability.

Just tried to buy some Winchester 9mm at Cabela’s off the shelf. Got to the register and they said they couldn‘t sell it as it was recalled. They gave me Federal for the same price which was $6 off.

Stopped in at the Rural King in Niles Michigan yesterday and they had Tula 7.62x39 40 round boxes for 12.99 Limit 6 boxes. still 32 1/2 cents a round but...
They had a lot of other ammo too, it was kinda weird they had put out cases and just took the top off in a help yourself sort of way.
The whole lack of employees thing is making it hard on retailers and food services !!!

I saw someone has some Grind Hard 9 mm ammo in the classifieds so I went looking on the interwebs because I had not heard of the company before. They have 9 mm in stock. If you buy 1,000 rounds it is about 43 cents per round with shipping. I don't know if they charge sakes tax, I didn't get that far into the checkout process. I'll leave this here in case someone needs 9mm and is happy with that price.

First time in a long time. Rural King is advertising ammo in their flyer for July 29th - August 11th. Expensive but they must have enough on hand to advertise it.

Have you ever used this ammo? Rainier arms has the same ammo 200rnds for $135 I was about to buy some.
No I've never used their ammunition. I was just shocked to see ammo advertised in a RK flyer it has been so long ago it seems.

Now I know where it comes from I may have used their ammunition at some point in my life military surplus possibly.
