I placed my order on 11/10 and got a notice that it was shipped on 11/14 and it was delivered on 11/15. With just going through a weekend, it might have been delayed.

Call ahead and let them know you're coming. It's not really a storefront. It's a warehouse you can pick up from. Good to deal with.

Yeah I understand. Just saying it is likely the busiest time of year for them, so I cut people some slack. I have no affiliation with them I just know how places are staffed and how busy the holiday season is.

I just got an email from them saying they were going to be closed for 4 days so I'm sure that will cause some delays.

And I get it. As a regular Amazon shopper, I have to remind myself when I order from other companies that it may take a bit before I get shipping confirmations and then actually receive it. Most of the companies I deal with don't have their own fleet of delivery vehicles and mega warehouses scattered across the country.
