This is circulating in other parts of the world but the Chinese people and CCP are very familiar with this picture.. The Chinese emperor in the middle is the figurehead of the government but the "judges" (actually it was the 9 year old emperor's birth mother and the queen) over each of his shoulders are dictating policy.
Someone is running the government and we all know it's the two little angels on Joe's shoulders.
SloJoe isn't in charge of or making decisions on ANYTHING and it's evident to the rest of the world.

Just watched "The Last Emperor" last weekend. A really beautiful film and not too far off history.

Emperor Puyi (above) came in at age 2 but became a figurehead as did his court when China became a republic in 1912. He was 6 yo.
