I am referring to (and maybe this was not the best example to quote) the weenie ass system in Marion and sooooo many other counties. These douche water sucking nimrods have sooooo many tools to use in the battle against evil and fail to use them. In the front and out the back door. Then blame budgets when it is more politically driven than that.

    The system is wrecked.

He was the "law and order" candidate, just not the law and order mayor.
Law and order my ass. He's just good at showboating for the cameras. If I were a juror, I would consider having stinky shoes as a prosecutor reason to be 98% certain thd defendant was innocent without hearing a shred of evidence.

Yeah.....never hurts to try, I guess. Could be that there is enough politics in this that whether there is legal responsibility won't matter.

    (a) A governmental entity or an employee acting within the scope of the employee’s employment is not liable if a loss results from the following:…

…(6) The initiation of a judicial or an administrative proceeding.

…(8) The adoption and enforcement of or failure to adopt or enforce:

    (A) a law (including rules and regulations);…

…(10) The act or omission of anyone other than the governmental entity or the governmental entity’s employee…

If all lawyers talked in what we consider normal speak then everyone would consider themselves a lawyer.

We have enough wanna be attorneys out there already.

Besides he spent a lot on his degree, sometimes you have to flex!
