Talking about feeding wild animals, I was driving home through a wooded area near my house and I saw a small, scrawny fox in the road. Then I saw a second one, and then a third one. I slowed down so I wouldn't hit them with my truck and I looked where they were headed. They were going to a small house in the woods where an old lady was throwing food to them. I don't know if she was trying to keep them fed so they wouldn't go after her chickens or she was just crazy. Why would you encourage foxes to come to your house especially if you have chickens?
