Full disclosure: I have years of experience with "the big blue bin."

What do I see a lot (I mean A LOT) and ask, "Why is this in here?" Lidocaine 5% patches. Those things are great, 4% patches are over the counter (and expensive,) keep these!!

When there are always two people pulling/sealing the box, it is done in plain view of everyone/cameras and the keys are in a separate area? Nothing goes missing at my place.

If you had: keys, no cameras, time, nobody else around, a propensity to commit multiple felonies, greed, a lack of giving a **** concerning opioid abuse? Yes, you could absolutely get drugs out and sell them.
