Good point, but the older the 4473 sale the more likely the gun has changed hands, unless of course it was sold by Don Davis and it changed hands before the "buyer" started his car in front of the building.Well, actually, requiring a 4473 for every sale will result in a de facto gun registry. Unless, of course, you actually believe the feds when they say they don't keep any of that information.
