Customer shall take any and all action necessary or appropriate to assert all applicable or potentially applicable exemptions from disclosure under the FOIA Statute and take all other legally permissible steps to resist disclosure of the Information including, without limitation, commencement or defense of any legal actions related to such disclosure.     In the software world closed source software is generally not trusted. Any software used for voting should have a rigorous review.

    This may be a point to be raised with our elected representatives.

    I also wonder if the software will be a point raised in the defamation lawsuits Dominion is bringing.

    Of course it is a specific contract to that county. So you think they put that in there because the suspected the country was special and needed that extra point and they don't use it elsewhere? That they don't use a generally standard contract around the country?

    No - just not jumping to conclusions. Other contracts may be more or less restrictive.

    Have you ever seen a dominion contract? I have seen other parts from other states and the end result is always the same...

    Also saw the purchase contracts where they specified modems and intenet connections for their systems...
