Looks like there's a plea deal offer by the prosecutor's office in the works in the Dominick Black case. He was Ritenhouse's buddy that was charged with two felony counts of supplying a firearm to a minor that was then used in two Kenosha shooting deaths even though they were proven to be self defense through KR's acquittal, and it wasn't illegal for KR to carry the rifle.

The deal supposedly reduces the two felony counts to one misdemeanor. The opinions expressed by the two lawyers in the video are to grab the deal and don't look back. I agree.

I get what you're saying. From my understanding the charges would be reduced from two criminal felony counts to a misdemeanor civil ordnance violation. I'm not familiar with the law in Kenosha Wisconsin and how it would relate to Federal firearm prohibition but according to the two attorneys in the video the penalty would be a two thousand dollar fine, and he would still be able to retain his right to own a firearm.

Whether that's accurate or not I am unsure of.
