I had been having the Dillon Case Belling/Powder Funnel. Upon close inspection the problem seemed to be streaks of brass left behind after tens of thousands of reloads. I removed the powder measure and set it aside on a die stand with dies. I then removed the powder funnel. I found out that the Sinclair Case Deburring Power Adapter (https://www.sinclairintl.com/reload...se-mouth-deburring-tool-holder-prod34054.aspx) that I use in my bench drill press, accepted the Dillon Case Belling/ Powder Funnel. After tightening the set screw I turned on the drill press and used 0000 steel wool to clean the Dillon Funnel. When I was satisfied that it was clean, I then used some liquid Flitz on a clean cloth to polish the Dillon Funnel. Afterwards I used a clean cloth to remove the Flitz. Quick and easy! Brass now doesn't stick to the funnel.
