Introduced today so I don't have the Senate Bill Number . It's not pretty, bans just about everything that can take a detachable box magazine and any magazine over 10 rounds. It does seem to have a grandfather clause in it.

If you've seen any press on her lately she's about as far gone as Biden is in the mental health department. Of course she is 87 so...

It's basically the same one she introduces every year but with the Dem's having control of the Senate and the pressure Joe Manchin is under to vote to eliminate the filibusterer it just may pass this time around.

Nope, they threw belt fed in with the detachable mag ban along with any internal mag the holds more than 10 rounds except for tube fed .22's. They're learning from their last go around in 94. Interesting read, not only are they naming specific firearm but also defining the class of what constitutes an "assault weapon"

It looks like it but I could be wrong and since it was just introduced it's not final yet.

This paragraph is in it: " Paragraph (1) shall not apply to the possession, sale, or transfer of any semiautomatic assault weapon otherwise lawfully possessed under Federal law on the date of enactment of the Assault Weapons Ban of 2021"
