Can't tell much from 6 seconds of video.

But I will say I find it difficult to imagine anything taking place beforehand/off camera that would make that a justified shooting. The shooter's demeanor sure makes it look like he wasn't in any fear for his life or limb, and posing an imminent threat to the nice looks of one's vehicle isn't enough to justify deadly force.

I was a six second clip, showing guy #1 angrily kicking a truck, while guy #2, who appears to have just been walking away from guy #1, turns around, pulls gun from waistband, and shoots guy #1 twice. Guy #1 falls to the ground, and the video cuts off.

Mom says son was having hallucinations that she was withholding lottery winnings from him, and if the neighbor had not shot him, the police would have eventually, so it was basically suicide by her son.

Ne’er-do-well robs store in Florida, leads police on a chase to the Georgia state line. Georgia police pick up the chase and stop him with spike strips. Robber runs on foot to a nearby convenient store, where demands the clerk’s car keys at gunpoint.

Somehow he drives the clerk’s car through the front wall of the store, gets out and starts chasing the clerk and somebody else who was in the store. By this time the clerk is armed, and he shoots the robber eight times. amazingly enough the robber is not dead yet, at least at the time the story was written. Cops praise clerk.

Fun fact: the robber was already wanted in Georgia for yet another robbery.
