Poking around this morning. I wonder if this ammo is any good? 69gr match .223 ammo for $18.99/20rds isn't all that bad.

It is good stuff. I keep some around and have not had an issue with it and it seems more accurate than I am

I’ve got the truck warming up to go have breakfast with WT and then it will be grocery shopping with the better half. I’m not sure about after that. I’d love to take the sons down to HHRP to run the Enfield but their weekend schedules tend to be all over the place.

Let me tell you how much fun it is getting up the old flooring and glue.

Why do I have the sudden lust for a G23? I have a 22, didn't much care for the 27. Maybe the 'tweener will do.

Spend the morning with the terrorists. They had a sleep over here last night. We played school. Did 2 Walt Disney puzzles.
Watched Dora the Explorer.
When they wake up they will own me until CKW and I roll out to see some friends.
When we get home its back into the shop. I have a Form 1 project in the works.

My first handgun was a g27. Carried it for years... Then I stumbled on CZ’s and 1911’s... Haven’t had a fortay since. I rather like the round, but not in that gun... I went with a fortay magnum this time... I love that one.

I just couldn't get right with the little guy. Felt "fumbly" to me.

I had some 23's and a 27 for years. I disliked shooting the 27 very much. Finally got rid of all the 40 stuff. I know many would say suck it up, but I just did not shoot the 40 well in a subcompact package. Part of that being the Glock ergonomics I'm sure and part of that being the combination of me, that round and the size/fit of the gun itself.
