That is one cool rifle! I have a Daisy, that I bought from Service Merchandise, in 1990, it has a plastic adjustable stock, bolt action, and I still shoot it. I wish I had bought the 10 shot too !!!!!

My Contender with a MGM 5.56 barrel. It is one of the coolest and best shooting rifles I own. It just has a 10x scope on it. Next would be a Encore in 243 with a Weaver 4X20 tactical scope. Very accurate and the scope is first focal plain and it is great. If I do my part both will do .5" groups or less. Great rifles.

I have an old mossberg 26c that was my grandfathers. Unfortunately it doesn't shoot and hasn't for at least 40 years. But it will one day. I know the firing pin is missing but not sure what else. I'm pretty sure it's from the late 30s.

I found this at a garage sale for about $20 or so. All metal is good with little signs of use, and almost no surface rust. It's a Shapleigh's King Nitro 20ga. single shot. It's nothing special, other than made in the U.S, with pride, and sold by Shapleigh's Hardware store. After a little cross referrencing I found it's a Steven's model made in the 30's or so, and deserves a little TLC. I'm going to order the stock and fore grip and let her loose as my home defense, even the girls will be able to shoot it and can't wait to take it out for a hunt.

There is a .410 that was grandpa's gun. It isn't anything special or valuable but my brother and I enjoyed it out in grandma and grandpa's woods. Actually, there are some other old shotguns and a rifle or 2 that we haven't shot that belonged to great grandma.

Not single shots but grandpa also had a Nazi officers pistol (says Mueller inside the holster) and great grandma had some old break action revolvers. The new guns are gun but I like the ones that come with a story a little more.

Old Stevens 410. My grandpa gave it to me when I was 8. Took my first squirrel with it and it has provided some of the best memories of childhood in the woods with my dad. I still take it out rabbit hunting every once in a while. Sure I love spending time at the range with all of my new, high dollar guns but nothing compares to the sentiment of that 410.

I have a Krico single shot in 22 Hornet. It is an excellent rifle with a heavy bbl, sniper type walnut stock and double set triggers. I have never found out the exact model or much info on it though. I used to have a Barrett 99A1 but after I herniated a disc in my neck and had spinal fusion I had to get rid of it. :(

I have one of those, but mine is an original. Well, not really.

Mine was customized before I got it. It wears a really nice competition stock, and mine has been re-barreled.
It was originally chambered for .22short, but someone changed the barrel to a Winchester model 52, which was evidently a common practice back in the day.

Very neat little plinker. Also have a Steven's "Crack-Shot". It's a nifty little pop-gun in it's own right.
