Likewise by this standard there would be no evidence that less people are killed in random large scale shootings because the shooter had to change magazines.As an example:

Not that I disagree, but I suspect two or three rounds judiciously placed would slow it down pretty quickly!I think store owners are going to need higher cap mags if they are going to stop the looting crowds I've seen recently. Way more than 10 people involved in those.
