Expected outcome once it went en banc.

Sickening, what is so hard to understand about "the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"?
Equally, what is so hard to understand about that the magazine round count the weapon came with from the factory is not a 'high capacity' magazine just because it is possible to make one that holds fewer

I think store owners are going to need higher cap mags if they are going to stop the looting crowds I've seen recently. Way more than 10 people involved in those.
Have'nt we been told that looters have a right to loot? It's restitution.

Likewise. Enough to know when I'm being fed a line of BS.

    As an example:

"The statute outlaws no weapon, but only limits the size of the magazine that may be used with firearms, and the record demonstrates (a) that the limitation interferes only minimally with the core right of self-defense, as there is no evidence that anyone ever has been unable to defend his or her home and family due to the lack of a large-capacity magazine," the ruling states.

Yep, you will probably be hearing this word for word in the arguments to pass these kind of magazine bans.

"defend his or her home and family due to the lack of a large-capacity magazine,"

Isn't the 2A about something a bit more than self defense?
