    I haven’t heard the supply chain excuse in a restaurant for at least a year. Sounds like lazy management is more likely.

    We couldn't find one or two liquors that customers asked if we could stock, and that was maybe a month ago.
    One, we found the distributor, but they didn't have it.

    And the other one, never could find out who sold it.
    Each one said no. And then couldn't say who did sell it.

    Ordering the 'regular' stuff, pretty easy.
    Ordering anything else... I HATE IT.


    Then again.
    I am lazy.

    I'd like to know a restaurant, especially an expensive one, where a pint (or even approaching a pint) glass of Blue Moon is under $5.
    That and a good restaurant runs out of menu items on a regular basis.
    If a restaurant was known for a certain item and couldnt get part of that item for a few weeks, dont serve that item.
