So in 2019 I asked my daughter for Celestron binoculars for Father's Day. She came through, and I've used them quite often and like them a lot.
Recently, the eyecups loosened up and would no longer stay in place. In late July I contacted Celestron and asked if there was anything I could do to fix them, hoping it was an easy fix I could do myself. They asked for a scan of the receipt, and my daughter found it and I emailed it in. They said they would send me a new set, and emailed a return shipping label. Sent the old ones in and just received the new ones.
In just three weeks I went from disappointment at discovering the problem to elation with the delivery of the replacement! Didn't know customer service could be so good these days.
